How many calls can I take at the same time?

Concurrent call capacity is set by the number of channels on your VoIP account (also called a SIP trunk), not by the numbers themselves. Every account starts with 2 channels included, so it can handle 2 simultaneous calls. To handle more, increase your channel count in step 2.

Do my numbers come with channels?

No. Numbers are inbound only and do not include any channels. All concurrency is shared across your VoIP account, which means you can route any of your numbers through your channels without buying capacity per number.

What is a channel / SIP trunk?

A channel is one concurrent call path on your VoIP account's SIP trunk. One channel = one live call at any moment, inbound or outbound. If 5 callers ring in at once, you need at least 5 channels to answer them all without a busy tone.

What are setup fees?

Setup fees are a one-off charge when a number is first provisioned. They cover number acquisition and configuration on our network.

What is the Cloud Phone System?
